Major investment firms are capitalizing on the state’s strategic logistics hubs and consistent population growth, signaling strong long-term confidence in the regional economy through multi-million dollar developments and portfolio expansions. ### Market momentum * Industrial demand remains resilient due to infrastructure connectivity. * Investors are targeting supply-constrained markets in South Florida and Central Florida. * Diversified portfolios are attracting major capital allocations from global real estate firms. * Opportunity zones continue to play a pivotal role in funding high-quality industrial developments. ### Key industrial and commercial activity The recent flurry of activity highlights a diverse range of investments across the state. In Hialeah Gardens, Terreno Realty acquired a prime 98,000-square-foot industrial building for $56.3 million, further solidifying its footprint in the Miami coastal market.
