The acquisition gives Dream Finders a foothold in one of South Florida’s most competitive residential markets. Godart Florida Real Estate Investments arranged the transaction, with managing director F. Thomas Godart handling the acquisition for the homebuilder.
Townhome plans and pricing
The planned two-story homes are expected to range from approximately 1,577 to 1,684 square feet. Floor plans will include two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, private outdoor areas and one- or two-car garages. Same-floor laundry is also planned.
Design features are expected to include flat tile roofs, impact-resistant windows, 9-foot-4-inch ceilings and 8-foot interior and exterior doors. Dream Finders anticipates pricing will begin in the upper $400,000s, although final pricing and available floor plans may change before sales begin.
Amenities and location
The Townes at Avian is planned for western Riviera Beach, roughly five miles from area beaches and near major regional destinations in Palm Beach Gardens. Its location will also provide access to Interstate 95 and surrounding employment, retail and recreational areas.

Michael Caputo, Dream Finders’ land acquisitions manager, credited Godart with bringing the opportunity to the company. Godart said his firm expects to continue identifying potential development sites for Dream Finders across South Florida.
