Fortune International Group and Château Group have unveiled a spectacular full-floor oceanfront spa exclusively for residents of The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. This expansive wellness sanctuary, occupying the entire fifth floor, is designed to offer an unparalleled experience in luxury and rejuvenation, reflecting Miami’s growing status as a global wellness hub.

A Sanctuary of Serenity

The spa is meticulously crafted as a private retreat where residents can unwind and recharge, boasting breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The design seamlessly blends Mediterranean-inspired elements, such as travertine, marble, and brushed bronze, with lush tropical greenery, including olive trees, creating an indoor oasis that ensures complete privacy.

  • Exclusive Resident Amenity: A dedicated 10,000-square-foot space on the fifth floor.
  • Oceanfront Views: Overlooking the Atlantic, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.
  • Mediterranean Design: Features travertine, marble, and brushed bronze accents.
  • Biophilic Elements: Incorporates tropical plantings like olive trees for an indoor-outdoor feel.

Curated Wellness Experiences

Ana Cristina Defortuna, Executive Vice President of Fortune International Group, emphasized the spa’s focus on global wellness perspectives, longevity, and restoration. "Today, the most sophisticated spas are no longer just about relaxation – they are centered around longevity, restoration, and overall quality of life," she stated.

The spa’s interior architect, Patricia Anastassiadis, aimed to create a timeless space inspired by the St. Regis legacy and its oceanfront setting. "From the very first step inside, the intention was to let the outside world gently fall away," Anastassiadis explained, describing the design as a "quiet exhale" that slows time and softens the senses.

Comprehensive Amenities and Services

The spa is equipped with a wide array of facilities designed to cater to every resident’s needs:

  • Treatment rooms for facials and massages
  • Cold plunge and hot tub
  • Infrared sauna
  • Aromatherapy steam room
  • Relaxation lounges
  • A large terrace with ocean views
  • Full-service salon, barber shop, and nail studio
  • A small retail area
  • A champagne-and-tea celebration bar

Premium products from French Secrets De Sothys and Davines are also available.

Project Milestones and Future Outlook

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Anastassiadis and landscape architecture by EDSA, The St. Regis Residences boast 435 linear feet of beachfront. The South Tower is nearing sell-out and is expected to be completed in late 2028, while the North Tower is slated to break ground this summer. The combined project is projected to achieve over $3 billion in total sales, underscoring the strong demand for ultra-luxury oceanfront properties.

Beyond the spa, residents will enjoy a fitness center with separate studios, three oceanfront pools, and a unique sixth-floor infinity-edge pool facing the Intracoastal. The development also offers dedicated butler services and a 24-hour concierge team. Residences start at $5 million.
