Cipriani Residences reaches new heights
The Cipriani Residences Miami, the brand’s first ground-up residential development in North America, has officially reached its full height of approximately 950 feet. Located in the heart of Brickell, the 85-story tower is currently over 80% sold, reflecting strong international demand. With construction moving steadily, the project remains on schedule for its anticipated delivery in the summer of 2027.
Wellness-focused luxury in Edgewater
In the Edgewater neighborhood, The Cove Residences is setting a new standard for residential amenities through a strategic partnership with Healthcare on Demand. This premium concierge program will provide residents with in-home medical services, including physician house calls, diagnostics, and recovery treatments. The 40-story waterfront development, designed by Kobi Karp, is expected to complete construction by 2028, offering a lifestyle that prioritizes proactive health and convenience.
Transit-oriented growth at Link at Douglas
13th Floor Investments has secured $134 million in construction financing for Crescendo, the fourth and final residential tower at the Link at Douglas community. This 37-story project is a key component of a seven-acre, mixed-use development connected to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station. By integrating housing, retail, and public transit infrastructure, the project aims to create a highly connected urban environment, with the final tower slated for delivery in 2029.
Expanding storage infrastructure
Beyond residential development, the region is seeing significant growth in commercial storage capacity. Space Shop Self Storage has three new properties underway, including two facilities in Florida and one in Virginia. These projects will add a total of 2,088 units to the company’s portfolio. With a total investment of $40 million, the firm expects all three properties to be operational by the spring of 2027, catering to the increasing storage needs of growing communities.
