A Palm Beach developer has presented an early plan to turn part of the former Wells Fargo property in Midtown into seven two-family villas while retaining its South County Road commercial buildings. The concept drew mixed reactions from town council members, who weighed its smaller residential footprint against concerns about rezoning, density and nearby homeowners.
