Expansion across three luxury destinations
In Brickell, KWPMC will manage 1010 Brickell, a residential high-rise located in Miami’s rapidly developing urban core. The company also secured assignments for the Reach and Rise condominium towers at Brickell City Centre, a major mixed-use development known for its retail, dining and residential offerings.
The company’s Coconut Grove expansion includes Vita at Grove Isle. Located on the private Grove Isle, the community offers a waterfront setting near Coconut Grove’s established restaurants, boutiques and neighborhood amenities.
KWPMC also added Terra Beachside, expanding its presence along the Miami Beach corridor. The property contributes a coastal component to the company’s growing portfolio of luxury residential communities in the county.
Focus on association management services
KWPMC provides management services for condominium associations, homeowners’ associations and other residential communities. Its stated service areas include financial administration, maintenance coordination, customer service and hospitality-oriented support.
For the newly added communities, management responsibilities are expected to support day-to-day operations while addressing the distinct needs of high-rise, waterfront and beachside properties. The portfolio’s geographic spread also gives KWPMC a stronger presence across several different segments of Miami-Dade’s residential market.
Company broadens South Florida presence
KWPMC President Jorge Lago said the new assignments demonstrate the confidence luxury communities place in the company and emphasized its plans to build long-term relationships with the properties it serves.
Headquartered in Miami, KWPMC supports residential associations throughout Florida, as well as in Chicago and the Bahamas. The company reports managing more than 100,000 units for approximately 100,000 homeowners and employing more than 3,000 people. It was also recently recognized among South Florida’s 20 largest employers.
KWPMC is part of Odevo, a global residential property management group. The Miami-Dade additions further position the company to serve communities across the region’s high-value condominium and homeowners’ association market.
