EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater is advancing after developer Two Roads Development reached a reported $50 million settlement with the final eight owners of the Biscayne 21 condominium on the site. The agreement clears the way for demolition and construction of a 55-story, 185-residence tower, with delivery now projected for 2029 after years of litigation.
