Bugatti is bringing its luxury marque to Miami’s Brickell district with a planned 60-story residential tower. Developed by Prosper Group and Belgium-based Versluys Group, Bugatti Residences Miami will include 183 condominiums on a rare waterfront site, with sales expected to launch in the first half of 2027.

Key takeaways

  • The $650 million tower will rise at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Brickell.
  • The project will contain 183 residences, including four penthouses.
  • It is Bugatti’s first branded residential development in the United States.
  • Rhodium will manage and operate the building after completion.
  • Sales are scheduled to begin during the first half of 2027.

A major expansion for Bugatti’s residential brand

The Miami project represents the French automaker’s first U.S. entry into branded residences, extending Bugatti’s identity beyond high-performance automobiles and into luxury real estate. Its first branded residential venture, Bugatti Residences by BinGhatti, is under development in Dubai.

The company said Miami’s architecture, international profile and creative culture made the city a natural setting for the next phase of its residential strategy. Brickell, widely recognized as a center of finance, luxury development and international investment, will provide the project with a prominent waterfront location.

Details of the Brickell development

The $650 million tower is planned for one of Brickell’s remaining waterfront parcels at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road. The 60-story building will feature 183 condominiums, ranging from standard residences to four penthouses designed for the development’s highest-end buyers.

Sales are expected to open in the first half of 2027. The developers have not provided a completion date or detailed pricing information.

Design and operations

Brandon Haw Architecture is serving as the project’s architect, while Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the interiors. Rhodium, a global branded-residences operator, will oversee management and operations once the building opens.

The development team is positioning the project around craftsmanship, design and hospitality-style service. That approach reflects the broader evolution of branded residences, in which buyers receive not only a luxury home but also services and experiences connected to an internationally recognized brand.

Miami’s competitive luxury market

Prosper Group described the project as a response to Miami’s growing role as a destination for wealth migration, institutional capital and high-end residential demand. The company also identified Brickell’s waterfront setting as central to its broader development strategy.

Bugatti Residences Miami will enter a market that has attracted a growing number of automotive, fashion and hospitality brands. Its combination of a globally recognized name, an architecturally significant tower and a prime waterfront site is intended to distinguish the project as competition intensifies across Miami’s luxury condominium sector.
