Buyers will be able to choose among three floor plans named Aruba, Bimini and Cayman. The homes will range from 1,845 to 3,193 square feet, offering several size options within the community.

Prices are set between $1.25 million and $2.25 million. Alex Platt and Margot Platt of The Premier Group at Compass are leading sales and marketing for the development.
