Compound Capital Partners has launched its first investment fund, expanding from single-hotel syndications to a vehicle intended to invest across hospitality properties in Florida and the Sunbelt. The family-owned firm says the fund is designed for verified accredited investors and will draw on its experience acquiring, renovating and operating hotels.
