Time Equities has begun construction on OCTAVIA, a planned 898-unit apartment development in Boynton Beach, Florida. The first phase will deliver 465 apartments in an eight-story building, with completion expected in fall 2028. The two-phase project is planned as the residential centerpiece of the city’s Town Square redevelopment.
