Shaylie Fraser, co-founder of San Diego’s Coastline Real Estate Group, will lead Real Young Professionals. Jana Pierce, co-founder of the Qamar Group in the Chicagoland area, will serve as assistant director.
Fraser said the group is being built to foster a community where ambitious professionals can support and challenge one another. Drawing on her experience with a previous young professionals organization, she said the division would seek to offer a fresh approach while reflecting Real’s entrepreneurial and forward-looking culture.
