Final residences enter the market
One Metropica contains 263 units across its 28 stories and opened in 2020. The remaining developer inventory includes a mix of residences and five penthouses, giving the new sales team an opportunity to target buyers seeking luxury housing in western Broward County.
The tower is the first residential building delivered within Metropica, a planned community envisioned to combine housing, retail, offices, hotels and other amenities. At full build-out, the development is expected to contain more than 2,000 homes.
Brokers bring complementary experience
Kastanis, an executive director of sales at Compass, has worked on multiple luxury residential projects across South Florida. Auerbach, founder of The Bobby Auerbach Group and a Compass broker associate, brings more than two decades of experience in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Their responsibilities extend beyond selling the remaining One Metropica units. The pair will also advise Metropica Development on future residential offerings, helping shape the community’s broader sales strategy as additional phases are planned.
