Construction is rapidly ascending at the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower, Bentley Residences Miami. Developed by Dezer Development, the project has now surpassed the seventh floor, marking a significant milestone in its vertical construction. The luxury development, located in Sunny Isles Beach, is on track for completion in 2028 and promises to be one of the nation’s tallest oceanfront buildings.

Key Takeaways

  • Vertical construction has reached level 7.
  • The tower is progressing at a rate of approximately one floor every five to six working days.
  • Completion is slated for 2028.
  • The project features the patented Dezervator car elevator and in-home sky garages.
  • A resident-only restaurant will be led by celebrity chef Todd English.

A Skyward Ascent

Bentley Residences Miami, situated at 18401 Collins Avenue, is making impressive progress. The 716-foot tower, a collaboration between Dezer Development and Bentley Motors, is now rising at a pace of about one floor every five to six working days. This rapid ascent follows a record-breaking foundation pour by Coastal Construction, which was the largest residential construction pour in Florida and the second-largest nationally.

Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, expressed enthusiasm for this phase, stating, "Going vertical is a meaningful milestone for Bentley Residences Miami and a testament to the strength of our vision and execution." The 62-story tower is expected to be a prominent feature of the Sunny Isles Beach skyline.

Luxury Redefined

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, the residences are crafted to offer an unparalleled luxury lifestyle. Each unit boasts open-concept floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terraces complete with summer kitchens, outdoor showers, and private pools. A standout feature is the patented Dezervator, an automobile elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to private, glass-ensconced sky garages within their units.

Residences feature three-bedroom floor plans, equipped with Miele appliances and Italian-designed cabinetry, offering views into the three- to four-car sky garages. Primary bathrooms include spa-like finishes, soaking tubs, and private saunas. Available units start at $5.8 million.

Exclusive Amenities

The development offers an extensive array of amenities designed to enhance the branded living experience. Proper English by Todd English, the first resident-only restaurant from the four-time James Beard award-winning chef, will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Residents will also have opportunities for private events and cooking demonstrations with Chef English.

Beyond the dining experience, residents will enjoy 20,000 square feet of resort-style spaces, including:

  • A five-star pet spa
  • Whiskey bar and cigar lounge
  • Cinema
  • Spa and oceanfront beauty salon
  • State-of-the-art fitness center
  • Landscaped beach club and pool deck with cabanas and service

Bentley Home, through a collaboration with Luxury Living Group, will also provide custom furnishing concepts inspired by Bentley’s automotive design.
