Grupo T&C has officially commenced construction on Edge House Miami, a significant new 57-story condominium tower located in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood. The project, which launched sales last year, will feature 608 residential units and is slated for completion by late 2028. Prices for the condominiums start at $500,000.

Key Takeaways

  • Grupo T&C has initiated construction on the 57-story, 608-unit Edge House Miami condominium tower.
  • The project is located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood and is expected to be completed in late 2028.
  • Sales for the units, starting at $500,000, began last year.
  • The development team includes notable partners in architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture.

Groundbreaking Ceremony and Development Team

The groundbreaking ceremony marked the official start of construction, with Grupo T&C’s General Manager, William Ticona, in attendance alongside key development partners. The architectural design is led by Kobi Karp, with Adriana Hoyos Design Studio responsible for the interior design and Witkin Hults & Partners handling the landscape architecture. Douglass Elliman is managing the sales and marketing efforts for the project.

Thornton Construction Co. Inc. is serving as the general contractor. In early 2024, the project secured a $12.1 million loan from New Wave Loans.

Project Location and Unit Features

Edge House Miami is situated at 1837 Northeast Fourth Ave., offering convenient access to Margaret Pace Park and proximity to downtown Miami, located just 2 miles away. Miami International Airport is approximately 9 miles from the site.

The condominium tower will offer a range of studio to three-bedroom floorplans, spanning from 410 to 1,242 square feet. Residences will boast 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
