Adirondack Capital Partners, a prominent New York-based investment firm, has officially expanded its operations into Florida, establishing a new office in Miami Beach. This strategic move signals the firm’s strong commitment to capitalizing on the burgeoning real estate opportunities across the Sunshine State.

Key Takeaways

  • Adirondack Capital Partners (ACP) has launched a new office in Miami Beach, Florida.
  • Brittany Feinberg has been promoted to Partner and will lead the new Florida-based office.
  • The firm has already secured its first Florida transaction, a $30 million waterfront development.

Strategic Expansion into a Dynamic Market

Adirondack Capital Partners has announced its expansion into Florida, a market recognized for its significant growth and activity in the real estate sector. The firm’s new Miami Beach office will serve as a central hub for connecting investors, family offices, and developers with prime opportunities in retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties throughout the state.

Michael Hunter Coghill, Founder and Managing Partner of ACP, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion, stating, "Florida represents a major opportunity for our clients and our platform. We’re proud to mark this next phase of growth with Brittany at the helm. Her leadership, market expertise and proven ability to deliver for clients make her the clear choice to spearhead our Southeast presence."

Leadership and Expertise at the Helm

As part of this significant expansion, Brittany Feinberg has been elevated to the position of Partner and will spearhead the firm’s new Miami-based operations. Feinberg brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate capital markets, having managed debt and equity transactions valued at over $10 billion across various asset classes. Her previous role at Eastdil Secured, where she was instrumental in facilitating a $500 million CMBS loan for the Miami Design District, highlights her extensive expertise and track record.

Feinberg shared her excitement, "I’m honored to step into this role as Partner and Head of our Florida office. There’s a surge of momentum across Florida’s urban and coastal markets, and ACP is ready to deliver the high-touch, high-caliber execution our clients expect."

First Florida Transaction Underway

To mark the commencement of its Florida operations, Adirondack Capital Partners has a $30 million, 16-acre waterfront development site under contract on Florida’s west coast. This prime location is fully entitled for a luxury condominium, hotel, and marina project. This initial deal underscores ACP’s capability to identify and execute high-impact projects in vibrant markets and its dedication to supporting global private capital and family office clients with institutional-grade advisory services.

The new Adirondack Capital Partners office is located at 927 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach.
