13th Floor Investments and Key International have officially launched sales for 619 Brickell by Nobu · Foster + Partners, marking Nobu’s inaugural residential project in Miami. The development, focusing on longevity and biohacking, has already secured approximately $1 billion in home reservations. Construction is slated to begin within the next 12 months.

Key Takeaways

  • Sales have officially launched for 619 Brickell by Nobu · Foster + Partners.
  • The project has already achieved $1 billion in reservations.
  • It is Nobu’s first-ever residential project in Miami.
  • The development emphasizes longevity, biohacking, and world-class hospitality.
  • Construction is expected to commence within the next year.

A New Landmark on the Brickell Skyline

Designed by the acclaimed Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger Suarez, the 75-story tower is set to become a prominent feature of the Brickell skyline. The architectural design features five twisting cassettes, strategically oriented to offer panoramic water views from every residence. The tower will house 296 residences, ranging from one to five bedrooms, including Sky Villas and Penthouses. Unit sizes vary from 1,160 to 5,526 square feet, with prices ranging from $3 million to over $60 million.

Prime Waterfront Location and Lifestyle

Situated directly on the waterfront in the heart of Brickell, 619 Brickell offers a rare blend of urban walkability and uninterrupted bayfront living. Residents will be in close proximity to Miami’s vibrant cultural, arts, shopping, and culinary destinations. This prime location enhances the appeal of this branded residential development.

Innovative Wellness and Longevity Amenities

The project is distinguished by its significant investment in innovative and tech-forward longevity amenities, backed by a $25 million commitment from the development team. "Wellness and Longevity by Nobu" sets a new standard for residential wellness programming, incorporating advanced biohacking modalities. These include cryotherapy chambers, an e-salt cabin, neural rest therapy pods, hyperbaric oxygen therapy suites, IV and peptide therapy, ozone therapy, and dedicated physical therapy facilities. A state-of-the-art fitness studio with panoramic Biscayne Bay views is also included.

Extensive Amenities and Nobu Hospitality

More than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities are integrated throughout 619 Brickell, designed to foster community and enhance daily life. Residents can enjoy five distinct pools, including a sunset pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a rejuvenation salt pool, and a lap pool with an outdoor spa garden. Additional amenities include padel courts, game rooms, sports simulators, and gardens. Nobu Hospitality will manage all dining experiences, featuring a full-scale Nobu restaurant accessible to the public with exclusive resident access, a resident-only poolside Nobu cafe, in-residence dining, and private chef services.

Residential Design and Vision

The interiors of 619 Brickell are designed to capture the essence of light, air, water, and sky, complemented by 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering cinematic waterfront views. Large wraparound terraces, with private outdoor summer kitchens in select residences, enhance the indoor-outdoor Miami lifestyle. Natural materials are used throughout, reflecting Japanese design principles and South Florida’s relaxed ambiance. Residences are outfitted with high-end finishes, including Gaggenau kitchen appliances, Italian cabinetry, and Lutron lighting systems.

Patrick Campbell, Head of Studio at Foster + Partners, noted, "The tower’s twisting form responds to its waterfront location, maximizing natural light within the apartments and generating panoramic views of the ocean, Biscayne Bay, and Brickell Key."
