Ocala, Florida – Samantha Dailey, a dedicated Broker Associate with Showcase Properties, is making her mark in the real estate industry while embracing her passion for equestrian pursuits. Her journey, rooted in a love for horses and a drive for professional growth, highlights a unique blend of personal and career achievements within the vibrant community of Ocala, known as the Horse Capital of the World®.

Key Takeaways

  • Samantha Dailey transitioned from a sales role to a full-time real estate career after returning to Florida.
  • She pursued advanced education to obtain her Broker Associate license.
  • Her passion for ranch riding has led her to compete and set new personal goals.

A Passion for Horses Ignites a Career Path

Samantha Dailey’s journey into the equestrian world began unexpectedly through a Facebook post. A chance encounter with ranch riding lessons from trainer Victoria Boies of Lopin’ N Ropin in Reddick sparked a passion that led her to purchase her first horse. This newfound interest would later influence her career path and her decision to fully immerse herself in the Ocala community.

Professional Growth and Real Estate Aspirations

Following her college graduation, Samantha gained valuable experience working as a sales representative for Seminole Feeds. Concurrently, she began her real estate career as a part-time REALTOR®. A brief stint in Colorado for a marketing position ultimately reinforced her desire to return to Florida. Upon her return in the late summer of 2022, Samantha focused on advancing her professional credentials, successfully obtaining her Broker Associate license. This achievement paved the way for her to join the Showcase Properties team as a full-time agent.

Embracing the Equestrian Lifestyle

Now a full-time member of the Showcase Properties team, Samantha continues to nurture her riding endeavors. With October marking two years since she began ranch riding lessons, she has set new goals, including competing and working with a trainer. Having not shown horses as a child, this is a new and exciting chapter for her. Her commitment to her equestrian passion, combined with her dedication to her real estate career, allows her to fully experience and contribute to life in the Horse Capital of the World®.
