South Florida’s real estate market saw significant activity recently, highlighted by the sale of a large apartment complex in Boca Raton for $240 million. This transaction, along with other notable deals across the region, underscores the continued strength and appeal of the South Florida property market.

Boca Raton Apartment Complex Sale

The most substantial commercial transaction in the tri-county area involved the Residences at Uptown Boca. This expansive complex, comprising 456 apartments spread across 16.3 acres, commanded a price of $240 million. The deal equates to approximately $526,000 per unit. The seller in this transaction was Atlanta-based Cortland Partners, with Salt Lake City-based Property Reserve acquiring the property. This marks a notable increase from the complex’s previous sale in 2021, when it traded for $230 million.

Other Notable South Florida Real Estate Transactions

Beyond the Boca Raton deal, several other high-value properties changed hands. In Fort Lauderdale, a sprawling 10,300-square-foot oceanfront mansion at 3052 North Atlantic Boulevard was sold for $26 million, making it the top residential sale recorded. The property, built in 2024, features five bedrooms and extensive amenities.

In Miami Beach, a luxury condo at 7433 Fisher Island Drive was sold for $10.2 million. This three-bedroom unit spans approximately 3,800 square feet. Another significant residential sale occurred in Boca Raton, where a newly built mansion at 7202 Ayrshire Lane fetched $15 million.

Earlier in the month, a 39-unit townhouse rental community in Pompano Beach, known as The Prestige at Palm Aire, was sold for $25.9 million. Additionally, the Boca Inn, a 48-key hotel in Boca Raton, was sold for $8.9 million.
