BH Group and Gold Standard of Care have acquired a 5.1-acre senior-living and skilled-nursing campus in Naples for $10 million. The partners plan to rebrand the property under the AHAVA senior-living brand and carry out renovations and other improvements. The campus includes assisted-living and skilled-nursing and rehabilitation operations.

A new chapter under the AHAVA brand
The campus, previously known as AdviniaCare Naples and earlier as HarborChase, will be repositioned as two AHAVA-branded operations. Senior-living operator Ricki Kaneti is expected to lead both components, overseeing staffing, resident services and planned physical improvements.
The owners say the work will include renovations, property enhancements and landscaping. They have not provided details about the scope of construction or when improvements will begin.
Partnership expands in Florida
The purchase builds on the collaboration between BH Group, led by founder and CEO Isaac Toledano, and Gold Standard of Care, led by CEO Michael Verbitsky. The companies acquired senior-living facilities in Aventura and Boca Raton from Blackstone in November 2025 and later introduced the AHAVA brand at those properties.
Gold Standard of Care is a Florida-based healthcare real estate investment firm focused on senior housing acquisitions and operational repositioning. The company says its portfolio includes 21 healthcare turnaround projects.
Property’s transaction history
In 2021, the Naples campus was part of a $26.8 million portfolio sale that also included HarborChase of Venice. Pointe Group Care acquired the two properties from Prime Care One. Records from that transaction described the Naples facility as having 93 assisted-living units and 24 skilled-nursing units with 40 beds.
Toledano said the partners see long-term potential in the property and intend to invest in its repositioning. Kaneti described the campus as an opportunity to add value, while Verbitsky praised the partnership behind the acquisition.
