Kimble Court property leads the market
The highest-priced transaction was the sale of a single-family home at 17 Kimble Court for $1.485 million. Built in 2009, the residence contains 3,644 square feet and sold for about $408 per square foot. The transaction was completed Aug. 21, although its title was recorded during the week of Aug. 31.
The second-highest sale involved a newer home at 18 Norton Road. Built in 2023, the 2,587-square-foot property sold for $959,000, or approximately $371 per square foot. A 2,646-square-foot home at 400 Ernest Drive ranked third after selling for $880,000.
Midrange sales show broad activity
Several transactions fell between $600,000 and $815,000, reflecting activity across different neighborhoods and property sizes. The home at 13 Southland Drive sold for $815,000, while 108 Taylor Ave. changed hands for $675,000. Despite its smaller 1,273-square-foot footprint, the Taylor Avenue property posted the highest price per square foot in the group at $530.
A 1,768-square-foot residence at 2301 Jamestown Common sold for $600,000, equal to $339 per square foot. The Southland Drive home, built in 1968, measured 2,022 square feet and sold for approximately $403 per square foot.
Lower-priced entries round out the list
The remaining three transactions were priced below $500,000. A home at 2 Ethan Court sold for $485,000. Built in 1973, the 2,003-square-foot property recorded a price of $242 per square foot.
A 1,372-square-foot home at 2834 Bloomingdale Drive sold for $435,000, or $317 per square foot. The lowest-priced transaction was an apartment at 514 Andria Ave., Unit 164, which sold for $250,000. The apartment was built in 1985.
Recorded dates differ from closing dates
The rankings are based on title recordings during the week of Aug. 31 through Sept. 6, rather than exclusively on closing dates. As a result, the transactions listed were completed on various earlier dates, including Aug. 21, Aug. 24 and Aug. 25.
