Berkadia North & Central Florida Senior Managing Director Matt Mitchell and Director Chris Burtner represented the seller in the transaction. Mitchell said Orchid Run attracted interest from institutional and private capital because of its quality, location and potential for continued performance as Naples grows.
The seller was an affiliate of The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Located at 10991 Lost Lake Drive in Central Naples, Orchid Run sits near the Grey Oaks community and offers access to Downtown Naples, Interstate 75 and Gulf Coast beaches.
