Bentley Residences Miami has achieved a monumental feat in construction, completing the largest residential concrete pour in Florida’s history. This significant milestone for the world’s first Bentley-branded residential tower, located in Sunny Isles Beach, involved a continuous 36-hour operation that utilized 20,000 cubic yards of concrete.

Key Takeaways

  • The concrete pour for Bentley Residences Miami has set a new state record for residential construction.
  • The project involved 2,100 truckloads of concrete and 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel.
  • The foundation is now complete, paving the way for the tower to rise to its full height of 716 feet.
  • Residences at Bentley Residences Miami start at $5.8 million, with completion expected in 2028.

A Record-Breaking Foundation

Dezer Development, in collaboration with Bentley Motors and Coastal Construction, successfully executed the mat foundation concrete pour for the Bentley Residences Miami. This massive undertaking spanned 36 continuous hours and involved an impressive 2,100 truckloads of concrete, totaling 20,000 cubic yards. Additionally, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel and 10 concrete pumps were utilized to complete this record-setting foundation.

Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, expressed his excitement, stating, "Setting a record of this scale is an incredible achievement and a defining moment for Bentley Residences. This milestone is not only a testament to the strength and precision behind the project but also to the shared vision of creating a landmark that embodies innovation, craftsmanship, and the future of luxury living in Miami."

Designing Luxury Living

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, the 716-foot tower will feature 216 residences. Each home is designed to embody Bentley’s signature design language, incorporating the brand’s iconic diamond pattern, exquisite craftsmanship, and precision engineering throughout the architecture and interiors. With the foundation now complete, the tower is poised to rise as one of the tallest buildings on any US oceanfront.

Sean Murphy, Co-President of Coastal Construction, highlighted the collaborative effort: "The mat foundation pour at Bentley Residences marks a defining milestone for one of South Florida’s most extraordinary developments. This achievement reflects the enduring partnership between Dezer Development and Coastal Construction. This is a testament to our project team’s hard work and dedication and we look forward to the next major milestone, as we go vertical!"

Unparalleled Amenities and Features

Each residence, ranging from 5,256 to 6,333 square feet, offers expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, private heated swimming pools, and summer kitchens with sweeping ocean and Intracoastal views. A unique feature is the "Dezervator," a patented automobile elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to private sky garages. Interiors will boast state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry, and spa-inspired bathrooms.

The lifestyle experience is further elevated by a 20,000-square-foot amenity suite, including a private restaurant by chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, and a beach club. Bentley Home will also offer exclusive furnishing concepts inspired by the brand’s automotive designs. With an expected completion in 2028, Bentley Residences Miami is set to redefine luxury living.
