Strategic Expansion In Miami’s Financial Epicenter

Howden’s decision to lease space at 600 Brickell World Plaza is a key component of its ambitious U.S. expansion strategy. The company recently appointed Mike Parrish as CEO of Howden US and Jim Hays as Vice Chairman, signaling a strong focus on building a next-generation retail broking business. This new Miami office will serve as a crucial foothold for Howden’s North American growth, leveraging Miami’s status as a gateway to Latin American markets and a prominent U.S. financial center.

Jonathan Kingsley of Colliers South Florida, who represented Howden, highlighted the significance of the location. "With Brickell established as Miami’s epicenter for global business, we were pleased to support Howden in securing a flagship office setting that reflects their ambitious U.S. expansion strategy," Kingsley stated.
