BAM Developers and Ascendra Capital have opened a sales gallery for Seventeen Gables, their planned 117-residence condominium in Coral Gables. The new space gives prospective buyers an opportunity to explore the project’s design and finishes as construction moves forward. Residences are expected to start in the mid-$600,000s, with delivery anticipated in early 2028.
Key takeaways
- The sales gallery is at 120 Aragon Ave.; Seventeen Gables is planned for 1715 Douglas Road.
- The eight-story project will include 117 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
- Prices are expected to begin in the mid-$600,000s, with delivery anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.
The gallery’s opening marks a new opportunity for buyers to experience the development while it is taking shape. Construction began in April 2026, according to the developers.
A gallery designed to preview the residences
Asprea Studio, led by architect and interior designer Karen Asprea, designed both the condominium’s interiors and its sales gallery. The space pairs contemporary furnishings and natural materials with details intended to reflect the project’s blend of New York-inspired sophistication and Coral Gables’ Mediterranean character.
Visitors can view a scale model of the building, a full-size model kitchen and displays of the proposed architecture, interiors and finishes. BAM Developers founder and CEO Mayer Berkovits said the gallery is intended to help buyers understand the project’s design and see its progress firsthand.
Pricing and planned features
Seventeen Gables is being presented as an attainable luxury option in a market where new condominium projects often target higher price points. Its planned mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes is expected to start in the mid-$600,000s, according to the announcement.
The development is planned to include a fitness center, sauna, resort-style pool, resident lounge, co-working areas, assigned parking and ground-floor retail. Its eight stories are expected to make it the tallest building in East Gables, with views spanning the local tree canopy toward the Miami skyline.
Location and sales
The project is planned near the intersection of 17th Street and Douglas Road, with walking access to Miracle Mile and connections to Downtown Miami, Brickell and Miami International Airport. Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Cervera Real Estate.
Ascendra Capital partner and chief investment officer David Steinberg said opening the gallery while construction is progressing reflects the development partners’ commitment to advancing the project. Cervera’s Jesse Ottley described its location, design and price point as a distinctive combination for Coral Gables buyers.
