Each residence is planned to have 80 feet of uninterrupted beachfront views and outdoor living areas, along with in-home wellness amenities. Interior features are set to include climate-controlled wine rooms, soundproofed theaters, wet bars, club rooms and game lounges.
The community will also offer direct beach access, concierge services and resort-style amenities. The developers describe the concept as pairing the privacy and space of a single-family estate with the convenience of luxury condominium living.
Financing and design team
Affiliates of Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners provided the $197 million construction financing. The loan enables the development team to move into the construction phase; the announcement did not provide a completion schedule.
Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects are responsible for the project’s design, with interiors by Champalimaud. The planned 12-home community has a starting price of $32 million per residence.
