Related Group, Tricap, and Sydell Group have officially completed the NoMad Residences Wynwood, marking a significant milestone as Miami’s arts district welcomes its first condominium infused with the renowned NoMad Hotels brand. Located in the heart of Wynwood, the nine-story, 329-residence community is already seeing high demand, with over 90% of units accounted for.

Key Takeaways

  • The NoMad Residences Wynwood is the first residential offering from the celebrated NoMad Hotels brand.
  • The development emphasizes a "world-class hospitality ethos" translated into a residential setting.
  • Residences are fully furnished with curated turnkey packages and offer flexible ownership with no rental restrictions.
  • The building integrates museum-quality art throughout its spaces, featuring works from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection and commissioned pieces.
  • Amenities include a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, a resort-style pool, fitness center, speakeasy, and the acclaimed Casa Tua Cucina on the ground floor.

A Fusion of Art, Culture, and Luxury

Nick Pérez, President of Related Group’s Condominium Division, described the NoMad Residences Wynwood as an "inevitability" for a neighborhood like Wynwood, known for its collision of art, culture, and creative ambition. The project successfully translates NoMad’s signature blend of cultural sensibility, culinary vision, and residential warmth into a living experience that complements Wynwood’s eclectic character.

The development team, in close collaboration with Arquitectonica, DesignAgency, and Sydell Group, focused on translating the NoMad brand’s hospitality ethos into a residential context. This approach has resonated strongly in the market, with the project setting new price records for Wynwood and nearing a full sellout.

Design and Amenities

The residences embody the brand’s "artfully lived life" philosophy, merging old-world glamour with industrial edge and Wynwood’s creative energy. Floor plans range from studios to two-bedroom layouts, all delivered fully furnished with turnkey packages designed for immediate living. Interiors feature a balance of modern and vintage-inspired details, with natural light flooding through floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto private balconies.

Key amenities include:

  • Two signature lobbies enhancing the arrival experience.
  • A rooftop lounge offering panoramic views of downtown Miami.
  • A resort-style pool with cabanas.
  • An indoor-outdoor fitness lounge with cold plunge.
  • Summer kitchens and a cozy speakeasy.
  • A secondary resident hub on the ninth floor, the NoMad Library and Lounge, with shared workspaces and private dining areas.

Culinary and Artistic Integration

Anchoring the ground floor is Casa Tua Cucina, a celebrated Miami dining destination, set to open with its signature open-kitchen concept. A rooftop restaurant and bar are also planned.

True to Wynwood’s identity as Miami’s premier arts district, the building is adorned with museum-quality art. This includes hand-selected works from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection and commissioned pieces. The exterior features monumental installations by British sculptor Alex Chinneck, known for his architectural illusions, and an expansive mural by Maine-based artist Dean Barger, celebrating Miami’s natural environment.
