Naftali Group is enhancing the lifestyle offerings at JEM Private Residences within Miami Worldcenter by adding two new culinary and wellness destinations. The luxury residential tower will now feature ITO•Kaya, a Japanese dining concept from the creators of the acclaimed ITO omakase restaurant, and SunLife Organics, a popular wellness café.

Key Takeaways

  • JEM Private Residences is expanding its retail and dining amenities.
  • ITO•Kaya, a new Japanese dining concept, will offer shareable dishes and cocktails.
  • SunLife Organics will provide healthy, nutrient-rich options for residents and visitors.
  • These additions aim to create a vibrant, wellness-focused living experience.

A Curated Lifestyle Experience

Naftali Group, a prominent real estate development and investment firm, is set to elevate the resident experience at JEM Private Residences with the introduction of ITO•Kaya and SunLife Organics. This strategic expansion aims to integrate world-class dining and wellness into the luxury residential tower, aligning with Miami’s growing reputation as a global hub for lifestyle and culinary innovation.

Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Design at Naftali Group, stated, "Miami has evolved into a global destination for dining and lifestyle, and we wanted JEM to reflect that in a way that feels natural. We’re curating the right mix by bringing in concepts like ITO•Kaya and SunLife Organics that people can easily enjoy every day."

ITO•Kaya: A Social Japanese Dining Experience

ITO•Kaya is a new venture from VCR Group, in partnership with Michelin-starred Chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim. VCR Group, known for creating experience-driven dining establishments, is bringing a more social and energetic format to the acclaimed ITO brand. The restaurant will feature a Japanese-inspired menu with shareable dishes, nigiri, sashimi, and skewers, complemented by a selection of cocktails, sake, and Japanese whiskies. Designed to foster a lively atmosphere, ITO•Kaya will serve as both a neighborhood gathering spot and an extension of the JEM residential lifestyle, with potential integration into the building’s amenities.

David Rodolitz, Founder and CEO of VCR Group, commented, "ITO•Kaya is a natural evolution of what we’ve built with ITO, bringing a more social, energetic format to the experience while maintaining the same level of quality and attention to detail. Its location within the walkable Miami Worldcenter creates a unique opportunity to connect with both residents and the broader Miami community in a meaningful way."

The brand is recognized for its commitment to clean, nutrient-rich living and a holistic approach to wellness. The cafe will provide a health-forward, all-day menu, catering to the amenity pool and surrounding areas, reinforcing JEM’s dedication to making wellness an integral part of daily life.

Khalil Rafati, Founder of SunLife Organics, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We’re excited to bring SunLife Organics to JEM in Downtown Miami and be part of residents’ everyday experience. Miami has become a true hub for wellness, and our focus on quality ingredients and feel-good offerings fits perfectly within the city’s vibrant, health-conscious lifestyle."

JEM Private Residences: A Vision of Integrated Living

Located in the heart of Miami Worldcenter, JEM Private Residences is designed as a next-generation luxury development that seamlessly blends residential living with hospitality, wellness, and dining. The project recently achieved a significant milestone with the completion of its podium level, advancing its vertical construction. Residents will have access to over 30,000 square feet of amenities, including resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities, and various social spaces designed to foster community.
