Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood is experiencing a significant surge in real estate activity, marked by record property sales and the launch of ambitious new developments. This cultural hub, known for its artistic flair, is attracting significant investment, signaling a new era of growth and luxury living.

  • A development site in Wynwood Norte was sold for $25 million.
  • The area continues to attract significant investment, blending art, culture, and modern living.

A New Artistic Landmark Emerges

The Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a new 244-unit residential building, is set to infuse the district with the iconic artist’s legacy. Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and LNDMRK Development, the project offers studio to three-bedroom suites featuring high-end finishes and unique design elements inspired by Kahlo’s work. Select residences include dens and private balconies with views of the Wynwood streetscape, as well as deeded office suites.

The building also boasts a range of amenities designed for wellness and community engagement. These include a resort-style pool, a thermal circuit with steam and sauna rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness studio. Additionally, residents will have access to "Diary," a speakeasy bar inspired by Frida Kahlo’s personal journals, and curated art installations.

Healthcare Innovation Integrated

Adding to its unique offerings, the Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences will feature Baker Health, a New York-based concierge primary care and holistic wellness platform. This facility aims to provide personalized healthcare services, emphasizing prevention and accessibility through a blend of advanced technology and a human-centered approach. Residents will receive a complimentary Baker Health membership for their first year, followed by preferred rates.

Continued Investment and Development

Beyond the Frida Kahlo project, Wynwood’s real estate market continues to heat up. A development site in Wynwood Norte was recently sold for $25 million, underscoring the area’s strong appeal to investors and developers. This transaction highlights the ongoing demand for prime real estate in one of Miami’s most dynamic submarkets.
