U.S. Development has celebrated a significant milestone with the topping out of Salato Residences, a nine-story, 40-unit luxury condominium project in Pompano Beach, Florida. The event, held on May 16th, marks a crucial step towards the building’s scheduled completion in 2026. This upscale development promises a sophisticated living experience with high-end finishes and extensive amenities.

Salato Residences, located at 305 Briny Ave., is being brought to life by Kast Construction as the general contractor and Randall Stofft Architects as the architect of record. It is also conveniently situated near Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Residence Features and Amenities

The residences at Salato offer spacious three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet, along with six exclusive penthouses. Interiors boast open layouts, expansive 14-foot-deep terraces (320 to 746 square feet), and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning Atlantic Ocean views. High-end features include European cabinetry, Subzero and Wolf appliances, walk-in closets, and luxurious primary bathrooms. All units are equipped with laundry rooms and side-by-side washers and dryers.

The development emphasizes an extensive amenity package exceeding 20,000 square feet. Residents can enjoy an 80-foot swimming pool, a poolside lounge, a covered bar, 28 hobby rooms, a resident lounge with a coffee and tea bar, and an 8,000-square-foot fitness center. Additional services include a spa, on-site treatment rooms, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and 24-hour concierge services. The project also plans to incorporate 2,700 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
