Eldridge Real Estate Credit and Starwood Capital have jointly provided a significant £193.5 million (approximately $261 million) loan to finance The Capston, a prime residential development in London’s prestigious Nine Elms neighborhood. He also noted the ongoing successful partnership with Starwood Capital, with this being their sixth collaboration. Eldridge Real Estate Credit, based in New York, actively invests in real estate opportunities across the U.S., UK, and Europe, focusing on various capital structure positions and having originated over $11 billion in loans.

For Prague-based Penta Real Estate, this venture signifies a strategic entry into the United Kingdom’s property market. This move is complemented by their acquisition of an interest in another residential development, both undertaken in partnership with the London-based Ballymore Group. The collaboration underscores a shared vision for delivering high-quality residential spaces in key urban locations.
