The skyline of Miami continues to grow as 600 Miami Worldcenter has officially topped off. This significant construction milestone was achieved approximately 18 months after the project broke ground, marking rapid progress for the mixed-use development.

Key Takeaways

  • 600 Miami Worldcenter has reached its full height of 32 stories.
  • The project broke ground in March 2024, with vertical construction commencing about six months later.
  • The building will feature 606 residential units, which are reportedly sold out.
  • Interior build-out is now underway, with completion expected soon.

Rapid Ascent of 600 Miami Worldcenter

The 32-story tower, known as 600 Miami Worldcenter, celebrated its top-off ceremony in September. This achievement comes just around 18 months after the initial groundbreaking in March 2024. Vertical construction commenced approximately six months after breaking ground, demonstrating an efficient construction timeline.

With the structure now complete, contractors are shifting their focus to the interior build-out. The building is set to house 606 residential units, which are being delivered fully finished and furnished. A notable feature of the residential offering is the allowance for flexible rental terms. Reports indicate that all units have already been sold out.

Amenities and Features

Beyond the residential component, 600 Miami Worldcenter will also include a 4,500 square foot restaurant space, adding to the vibrant culinary scene within the Miami Worldcenter development. Notably, the project will not include a parking garage, aligning with modern urban development trends that encourage alternative transportation methods.

The rapid completion of 600 Miami Worldcenter underscores the dynamic pace of development in Miami, particularly within major urban hubs like Miami Worldcenter.
