The Treasure Coast real estate market saw a flurry of high-value transactions in August, with luxury properties commanding top dollar across Indian River, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. The most significant sale was a stunning beachfront estate on Jupiter Island, fetching an impressive $16.5 million, highlighting the region’s appeal to affluent buyers seeking exclusive coastal living.

August’s Top Real Estate Transactions

  • The most expensive home sold in August on the Treasure Coast was a Jupiter Island property for $16.5 million.
  • Indian River County’s priciest sale was a Vero Beach home at $5.895 million.
  • St. Lucie County’s top sale reached $2 million.

Indian River County

  • 526 Point Lane, Vero Beach: Sold for $5.895 million. This 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home spans 5,885 square feet and was built in 1993 on 0.61 acres.
  • 515 River Drive, Vero Beach: Achieved $4.15 million. It features 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and 4,728 square feet, built in 1978 on 0.77 acres.
  • 9450 Doubloon Drive, Wabasso: Sold for $2.65 million, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 1,584 square feet.
  • 815 Pembroke Court, Wabasso: Sold for $2.35 million, offering 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3,042 square feet.

St. Lucie County

  • 10600 Okeechobee Road: Closed at $1.335 million.
