Boynton Beach is making strides in addressing the critical need for affordable housing with the groundbreaking of The Cottage District, a new 41-home community. This project, a collaboration between PulteGroup and the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), aims to provide attainable homeownership opportunities for essential workers, directly impacting the region’s economic vitality.

The Cottage District offers townhomes starting at $234,780 and single-family homes at $301,860 for qualifying buyers.
