Key Takeaways

  • Bluefish has leased 17,050 square feet on the entire eighth floor of 315 Park Ave. South.

  • The new headquarters signifies Bluefish’s growth and commitment to a physical presence.

A Strategic Location for Innovation

Bluefish, a prominent AI marketing platform catering to Fortune 500 companies, has chosen 315 Park Ave. South as the site for its inaugural permanent headquarters. The company has leased 17,050 square feet, occupying the entirety of the eighth floor in Columbia Property Trust’s Midtown South office building. This strategic location places Bluefish within a dynamic ecosystem of technology and creative firms.

Ted Koltis, Columbia’s Head of Real Estate, expressed enthusiasm about Bluefish’s decision, stating, "As evidenced by this commitment from Bluefish, 315 Park Avenue South has firmly established itself as a leading destination for cutting-edge firms." He highlighted the building’s cultivated environment, featuring a mix of technology and creative brands, along with premier street-level retailers, fostering collaboration and enabling innovative companies to thrive.
