Colombia has emerged as the top foreign investor in Miami and South Florida’s real estate sector, maintaining this lead for over two years. According to Gus Fonte, president of the Miami Association of Realtors, the city’s welcoming and diverse nature is a major draw for international buyers. The U.S. real estate market, valued at approximately $53.3 billion annually, attracts global investors due to its stability, transparency, and favorable regulations.
