Miami’s skyline is set to welcome a wave of luxury residential towers in 2025, marking the culmination of significant development and sales success. Many of these projects, which saw record sales in 2021, are now ready for residents to enjoy, transforming areas like Downtown Miami and Edgewater.
Downtown Miami’s Transformation
Downtown Miami is experiencing a significant revitalization, largely driven by the Miami Worldcenter development. This area is now a hub for new luxury living.
- Flow House: This development, nearing completion, offers a youthful vibe and includes leaseback programs for the first two years.
- Crosby Miami Worldcenter: Located opposite Flow House, this Related Group project boasts record sales times and is designed for short-term rentals.
- 501 First Residences: Offering configurations from studios to two-bedroom units, these residences also permit short-term rentals. They are completely sold out and awaiting final closings.
- District 225: Situated a few blocks away in a more governmental district, this modern building by Related Group is also sold out and allows for short-term rentals.
Midtown and Edgewater’s New Offerings
Midtown and Edgewater are also seeing the delivery of impressive new residential projects.
- The Standard Residences Midtown: This project has been a notable sales success, with a few units still available. Its prime location near the Design District and Wynwood offers a unique advantage.
