Downtown Miami is experiencing a significant revitalization, largely driven by the Miami Worldcenter development. This area is now a hub for new luxury living.
- Flow House: This development, nearing completion, offers a youthful vibe and includes leaseback programs for the first two years.
- Crosby Miami Worldcenter: Located opposite Flow House, this Related Group project boasts record sales times and is designed for short-term rentals.
