The visualization, created by data visualization firm Worthen Core Designs, leverages the powerful rendering engine of Microsoft Flight Simulator. This allows for an immersive experience, offering multiple viewing perspectives, from a helicopter cockpit to a free-moving, first-person camera.

- Under Construction: This package showcases 24 buildings currently in various stages of development. Notable projects include Cipriani Residences, Baccarat Residences, Mercedes-Benz Places, the supertall Waldorf Astoria, and Okan Tower.
