Eight residential transactions in Hillsborough were recorded during the week of Sept. 7–13, with an average sale price of $765,150 and an average of $338 per square foot. The top transaction was a single-family home on Fairfield Lane that sold for $1.36 million. The reported closing dates for the eight properties fell between Aug. 26 and Aug. 31.
