  • The development offers a hospitality-driven lifestyle with extensive amenities, including dining, wellness facilities, and exclusive club access.

A Glimpse into Elevated Living

The limited penthouse collection at Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale comprises two opulent four-bedroom residences. Each home features five full bathrooms, a powder room, and direct private elevator access, ensuring utmost privacy and convenience. Designed by the internationally acclaimed Rockwell Group, known for their work on iconic projects like Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, these residences embody a refined yet highly livable aesthetic.

Design and Amenities

These penthouses offer over 4,000 square feet of interior living space, complemented by more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor areas. Residents will enjoy 11-foot ceilings, expansive wraparound terraces, and a fluid indoor-outdoor transition, providing breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Fort Lauderdale skyline. The interiors are meticulously crafted for both daily life and grand entertaining, featuring open-concept kitchens, formal dining areas, media rooms, walk-in pantries, and laundry rooms. The primary suites include dual his-and-hers bathrooms, wet bars, outdoor kitchens, and private hot tubs.

A Hospitality-Forward Lifestyle

Danielle Naftali, EVP of Marketing, Sales & Design at Naftali Group, highlighted the growing demand for a hospitality-driven lifestyle where home and social life merge seamlessly. "With the strength of the Viceroy brand and Rockwell’s design approach, we’ve created two beautiful residences that sit at the top of the tower, with every detail thoughtfully considered," she stated.

The 45-story Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, developed by Naftali Group and exclusively represented by Douglas Elliman, offers 251 one- to four-bedroom residences.
